Terms of Service

1. Provider

2. Scope

We provide listing, lead-management and reporting tools to business users. No legal, tax or investment advice is given.

3. Fees

Fees, currency and billing cycle appear in the order. Fees exclude taxes; VAT applies only if required. Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payment may suspend access after notice.

4. Reporting

Monthly reports are issued within 5 business days after period end.

5. Term and cancellation

Monthly plans renew automatically. Either party may cancel with 14 days' notice before the next billing period. Prepaid fees are non-refundable unless law requires otherwise.

6. Landlord responsibilities

You confirm authority to market each property, accurate listing data, and compliance with lease, tax and registration duties. You must obtain tenant consents for shared data and must not upload unlawful personal data.

7. Complaints and consumer information

Where services are offered to natural persons, Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» apply. Complaints: contact@onlineeducatiion.com; response within 10 business days.

8. Advertising and data

Promotions must be truthful under Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР. Personal data is processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect loss, lost profit and lost data. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before the claim. Liability that cannot be limited by law remains unaffected.
